CAN/DGSI 104
Compliance & Certification Support
CAN/DGSI 104:2021 Rev 1 2024 (formerly CAN/CIOSC 104:2021) is the National Standard of Canada for Baseline Cyber Security Controls for Small and Medium Organizations with fewer than 500 employees. It's the framework behind the CyberSecure Canada certification program run by ISED.

Maintained by Digital Governance Standards Institute (DGSI) and accredited by Standards Council of Canada (SCC). It has 2 maturity levels covering asset inventory, risk assessments, incident response planning, MFA, secure Wi-Fi, email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), patching, anti-malware, and backups.
The Digital Governance Council now offers Dual-Standard Verification: CPCSC Level 1 + CAN/DGSI 104 bundle - we should offer this bundle.
